Dear Potential Sponsor
I am writing on behalf of
Cockington Riding Club who is looking for sponsors for their catalogue and
classes for the coming year.
The club has approximately
150 members but is also well supported by non-members at all of our events,
making it one of the most
popular riding clubs in
The club produces a
comprehensive catalogue of all its events running from April to September.
Approximately 1000
catalogues are produced every year and they are usually all distributed by the
middle of the season.
Advertising in this
catalogue is the most popular sponsorship package available to our repeat
clients.
New to catalogue sponsors
this year, and included within the package, will be a dedicated sponsor page on
the Cockington Riding Club website, with the option of having contact details
and weblinks directly to your own website.
This link will be available
within one month of payment of your invoice.
An alternative or additional
advertising medium is sponsorship of a particular class throughout the year,
or a class at our Charity
Show, which is run to raise money for local charities, such as the
Some sponsors also donate
prizes in kind, which are given away in a prize draw during the Charity
Show.
Sponsors opting for this
package would have their names printed on rosettes for each class they sponsor,
and they would appear in the schedule on the same page as the class. Sponsors will also appear on the sponsor
webpage alongside catalogue sponsors.
